“JESUS.themixtape” is my very first album — a raw, unflinching project born from years of searching for Christian music that hit harder, carried weight, and brought real conviction. For a long time I looked for what I would call “dark Christian music,” something that captured both the tension and the triumph of scripture, but I never found it… until I decided to make it myself. This mixtape takes the ancient story of Jesus and transforms it into modernized soundscapes of rap, rock, metal, and gospel energy, pulling listeners into the collision of divinity and humanity with a tone that is cinematic, gritty, and deeply intentional. It’s the first of many, a beginning step in turning the Word of God into music that resonates with younger generations without watering down the truth. More than just an album, it’s a challenge — press play, listen closely, and decide for yourself if these songs hold up theologically and if they truly deliver the weight of the gospel.

It’s Tradition: Staple Bible Stories (2024) distills the Bible’s most iconic narratives into dark, cinematic, hard-hitting tracks designed for modern ears. From Eden’s shame and Noah’s flood to Babel’s collapse; from the bush that burned to Pharaoh’s plagues; from Samson’s downfall and Solomon’s throne to furnace-faith in Babylon; from the Sermon on the Mount to Gethsemane’s midnight, Damascus road, and apocalyptic fire—each song retells a cornerstone story with weight, urgency, and scripture-anchored bars. This is my second album, built to hit harder without watering down truth: beats that knock, theology that bites, and hooks that carry the Word past the surface. I’m not asking for blind buy-in—press play, read the passages, and test every lyric. If it doesn’t hold up biblically, reject it. If it does, turn it up and pass it on.

Pray Before Listening (2024)

“Pray Before Listening” isn’t just an album — it’s an altar of verses. My third full-length project takes scripture straight from the page and breathes it into modern soundscapes of rap, rock, and worship, each track anchored to a passage of the Bible. From the cosmic supremacy of Christ in Image of the Invisible (Col. 1:15-20) to the raw confession of Hypa Critical (Matt. 18:23-35), from the psalmic battle cries of Warrior’s Cry (Psalm 18) to the intimate ache of Sip of Sacrifice (the first miracle), every song is a scene — sometimes gentle, sometimes violent, always true. This is music built to hit harder, to carry weight, and to bring conviction, but also to point toward hope. It’s scripture modernized for the new generation of listeners, a soundtrack of discipleship and struggle that calls you to lean in before you press play. I challenge every listener: pray before listening, dive into the lyrics, and test for yourself whether these songs hold up truth.

Sip of Sacrifice

“Sip of Sacrifice” retells the wedding at Cana without the pastel filter: the first sweet sip of miracle already tastes like blood. The crowd cheers the better wine; Jesus feels the cross. Mary’s nudge, “do something,” becomes the trigger—obedience that sets the clock running toward nails and thorns. The jars fill, faith is born, but the cost is death; celebration is the camouflage for atonement. This is why it’s dark: every lifted cup foreshadows a lifted Son, every toast to joy is purchased by agony. The song forces you to see the sign for what it is—grace poured out, knowing the bill comes due when the last domino falls…

“Bars of Blessings” takes the Sermon on the Mount and flips it into a lyrical manifesto — a reminder that Jesus’ words weren’t just poetic niceties, they were revolutionary truths that turned the world upside down. In this track, the beat is heavy but the message is heavier: blessed are the poor, the meek, the mourners, the hungry, the merciful, the peacemakers — the very people the world overlooks. These aren’t just comforting slogans; they’re the blueprint of the Kingdom. The song leans into the raw edge of Jesus’ teaching — commands to love enemies, turn the other cheek, walk the narrow road, and build your house on the rock instead of sand. It’s dark because the standard He set exposes every false foundation we build on pride, greed, and violence. But it’s hope-filled too, because His words aren’t just warning shots, they’re lifelines.

“Last Supper 10shun” captures the heaviest table in history — the night when bread was broken, betrayal was brewing, and destiny pressed in from every side. The track leans into the tension in that room: Judas plotting in the shadows, the disciples anxious and confused, and Jesus fully aware of the cross just hours away. Every lyric drips with unease — loyalty cracking, trust fraying, love colliding with treachery. It’s dark because it’s honest: the moment of communion wasn’t calm or sanitized, it was charged with betrayal, fear, and impending death. The song forces the listener to feel that weight, to sit at the table and wrestle with the question — if you were there, where would you stand when the tension broke?
